We understand you are excited to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to fulfill your order upon confirmation of payment. Each order is hand picked by one of our amazing warehouse team members and goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged and boxed then placed into shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you.

When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification from us which will include confirmation of order, a method of tracking, and further information about your order. If you have trouble receiving this email please contact us at our “contact us” page on the store.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [LUXFUND] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We offer international shipping to over 100+ countries worldwide. If you experience difficulties in having your order shipped to your place of residence, contact us at our “contact us” page on the store.
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame, but sometimes, delays may happen. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or carrier related issues which are out of our control. If the parcel has been delivered in accordance with the tracking, we can conduct an investigation. If the investigation concludes the parcel has been delivered to the right location we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to shipments, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.
